1b, The Course Reader on Professional CommunicationTechnologies

As a 23 year old girl living in the 21st Century i did not quiet understand the enormity of the internet and what impact it has on our everyday lives. It most certainly has opened my eyes a hell of a lot.

I have just read the professional Communication Technology handbook and i am stunned as to how communications, technology and the internet plays a huge role in how we all work, and get buy in every day life.

I don't think people really realize how much we involve ourselves in the WEB 2.0. It's role in life is huge its everywhere and will only continue to evolve. We use this for social networking such a twitter, Facebook, blogs YouTube and many many more things.
I feel all of these are a positive, and all at some point will help people with their learning and communications. Its something we can all use to share, learn off one another and have our own say on something. The web 2.0 is most defiantly not a private thing, where theres a will people can find out anything.
Gone are the days of a telegram and many letters, people refer to please email me or look at my website, but this is not suited to all, i most certainly know my Grandma prefers the old fashioned way.

Since web 1.0 things have massively evolved and now instead of just either being the creator or the reader people now a days like to have their own say, comments, opinions. This now gives people the opportunity to interact a hell of a lot more.

The web 2.0 can be accessed from anywhere in the world and you yourself can be the person to either create a situation, website, blog or be the one to digest the information. A perfect example being when i search for auditions i am the consumer how ever if i was to notice an audition on Facebook i could then become the creator and reply, start a discussion and people could then post their own views and read what i have created.

We as people have the power to always improve and make things better, the power to connect and interact and this is mainly known as social networking and its quick and easy.
The web enables people to participate in conversations, comment, have their own say and be able to create things. I do believe being part of this does involve time, some degree of skill but not so much money. The web contributes to a lot of successful buildings on relationships, education and many other factors.

The web is open to any one, and people can choose freely to look at what ever they want download things watch clips interact, but with platforms evolving and more people logging on to the internet it doesn't take long for you to realize how much you solely rely on the world wide web.

Since reading the handbook i have fully realized how i regularly search in Google for an answer, but once reading the handbook, Gruber suggests and i believe there are more ways of extracting inelegance

Gruber has also made me realize that i My self check my Facebook daily , and it is a good social networking site that has not only kept me in contact with friends but also helped me with my career and audition opportunities. Its very inelegant, and a wonderful way of people interacting but its made me think all these events, contents and friends i have on the website do i really need all of that. Its constantly expanding and in a way quiet intrusive to some degree. The platforms in the web 2.0 almost make you want to always be better always update your status, have more friends, its almost like a pressure and almost expected of us in the 21st century. I never did realize how much all of this i rely on and how one minute i could be the consumer reading something of interest, but then be creating seconds later by either re tweeting, commenting having my own say on someone's blog or setting up my own website.

1a, My CV re written

I commenced my professional training at Leicester College of Performing Arts, where i studied a 3 Year Musical Theatre National Trinity Diploma. During my time there i was constantly passionate about my career ahead of me and was always on the look out for ways to further my career. Over the years i took many exams in ballet and modern jazz and was lucky enough to be put on the Trinity course, which was a hell of a lot of work, but that's something i am not afraid of hard work. The course consisted of many performances, choreography shows and variety performances each one giving me the best buzz ever.

Once i graduated i was then out into the big wide world, scary but very exciting. I started auditioning and the work started to flow. Since June 2011 when i graduated i have been successful enough to be part of various variety shows, Charity events, dance shows, burlesque shows. Also Magazine shoots for Essex style magazine, which then resulted in me modelling for the brand Sexy penguin clothing line at Essex fashion show. Also a calendar shoot, which was a lot of fun. This was in aid of McMillan Cancer support and was taken at the Old Iron works gym in Maldon Essex. I find events like this and charity work very rewarding. My latest adventure is I am currently filming for a new Horror film in which i have a main part. This is very new to me as i have ony ever done extra's work before but is the moset exciting adventure yet.

This career is amazing if you seize every opportunity and make the most of it. You get to meet some amazing people and continue to grow in experience and as a person. I wish to continue living the dream for as long a possible, then hopefully with my Middlesex University Degree go on to gain my PGCE, which i will hopefully use to then teach youngsters, and pass on all my inspiration and knowledge. Live the dream then teach it Inspire others as i was!
